samma uppv\u00e4xt, samma m\u00f6jligheter osv och det p\u00e5verkar naturligtvis utg\u00e5ngsl\u00e4get<br><br>Vare sig vi vill p\u00e5verka vikten, f\u00e5 mer energi, \u00e4ta b\u00e4ttre, tr\u00e4na\/r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 oss, ta oss igenom klimakteriet s\u00e5 handlar det om vanor nya eller f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade MEN inget blir en vana, en naturlig del av livet om det inte g\u00f6rs kontinuerligt \u00f6ver tid.<br><br>DET \u00c4R OFTAST D\u00c4R PROBLEMET UPPST\u00c5R<br>Man f\u00e5r eller k\u00f6per en kostplan, eller b\u00f6rjar tr\u00e4na med PT eller k\u00f6per en app och n\u00e5gon m\u00e5nad senare har man ledsnat och k\u00e4nner sig misslyckad FAST man verkligen inte \u00e4r det!!! <br><br>Det handlar heller inte om d\u00e5lig motivation!<br><strong>Det handlar om
